Finally!
I've been Working Non-stop for 9 days since last thurs (18/9/08). Finally I Get to rest...
Hmmm there were quite a few interesting events lah..

First one...
On Sunday (21/9/08), Did Morning shift which was 0700 - 1430hrs. But i stayed back for the premier case which sister told me to do. Since it was my first premier case, i was pretty excited.
Wah lou if only i knew it was a triangle case... i wouldn't have agreed to doing the case.

Second one...
On Monday (22/09/08). my shift was 0800 - 1800hrs, realli sucks having to work long hours. I did the first case in the list..
Wah Lou, dunno isit i suay or wad, the case was a laparascopic case turn laparatomy. Si bei sian. but that was not the only thing, the surgeon accidentally caused a 1cm tear to the sigmoid... so had to get the surgeon from TTSH to assess the situation..
But that's not the end of it... one of my raytex gauze went missing.. Wah Lou myself and the circulating nurse search the entire place but could not find it.. then the idotic surgeon kept saying she didnt put any gauze in and cannot find... so had to get the radialogist to come it lor...
Then barely 5 mins after the radiologist finish taking shots... tat idotic surgeon pull out the gauze from the abdomen and showed it to me...
Wah Lou..SICKENING BITCH!
Felt like slapping her LEFT RIGHT CENTER

She must wait for radiologist to proof that there's a gauze inside then she do a thorough check...
Like tat i had to write Memo and incident report ..

Third one ...
On Tuesday (23/09/08). My shift was 0700 - 1600hrs. So i did one case which was suppose to be easy one.. BUT... frozen section stated that the specimen is maglinant so... had to reopen the wound. Onco-surgeon had to come in to settle the case but that was not the end...
The Onco-surgeon accidentalli hit the AORTA!! OMG SHIT!.. then alot of blood came out... Prof had to come in to repair the aorta...

I think next time if i were to take a potential Staging case... i better check the Cell level first.
OMG... y i so suay one :(

Forth One...
Today (26/9/08). My shift was the worse shift of all... 0900 - 1900hrs.. haiz sian. Somemore today rain heavy rain, causing major jam along bukit timah.. resulting in me being late by 30mins -_-'''
BUT (DANG Dang dang)
I reached the theatre and worked non-stop since then ..
Then i had to take the major case.. a very complicated open case.. wah lou the fibroid practically took up the entire uterus. How to get pregnant?...
~ So ~
The case lasted for 4 hrs... GEEZ!

So After working for 9 super buzy days..... I AM SUPER DUPER Tired...
Haiz... thought tat i could rest during the weekends.. but i have to clear my dad's room...
~ DANG Dang dang ~

But Hor... one thing good happen during the week... I lost appetite, somehow for no reason.. i dun feel like eating anything.... so didnt realli eat much during lunch and dinner...
Resulting in me losing 3 kg!! hahas
Okie i think i a bit crazy liao =p
