PM Shift
Went to work freaking early, abt an hour earlier.. crazy me or should i say tat the bus jus happen to arrive earlier.
Hmm for tis whole week me will be in cubicle bed 19-25, working together with Siti. Yeah! :)

Hmm work was as per normal lah jus tat the morning shift didnt do alot of things so the afternoon shift have to do.. hmm for example preparing patient for transfer n patient education. So after my dinner break i was freaking busy.. firstly had to transfer patient then receive admission.

Today got 2 patients require IT.. so DR Lu wei tried to do it lah but failed 3 times then on the 4th time then it was successful.. pity the patient sia..

Speaking of transfering.. makes my blood boil. Wad happen was my cubicle got 2 patients transfering to ward 53 somemore both at the same time so SN kiwi told me to go to the ward first n pass the report which i did lah. U noe wad when i got there, the Staff nurse there REFUSED to receive the report from me n demand tat SN kiwi to pass the case to her. then i told her SN kiwi will be coming shortly but i pass the important stuff first.. SHE DUN WAN TO LISTEN LOR.. so i suggested to call SN Kiwi.. tat staff nurse jus walked out to the counter to call kiwi. 5 mins later i saw kiwi walking into the ward beri angry then she asked me wad happen.. wah first time i c she soo angry lor then ask me where is the staff nurse.Upon seeing the staff nurse kiwi scolded her lor then the staff nurse kept quiet.So while passing kiwi observe me lah jus to make sure tat i didnt miss out anything.
Not tat i wan to be racist or wad lah.. but i notice most indian staff nurses r like tat. Hmm i wonder y they so stuck up.

After getting back to the ward, me serve my medications then had to admit my patient. Called the doctor then done.:)
Pretty happy today cus i learnt alot of things

haiz.. went to work n it was raining lor -_-''' sibei suai sia.
Hmm @ work nothing much, basicalli cus there is onli 5 patients so i took 3 cases lor. Surprisingly i can manage them all lah :). SN Kiwi also taught me how to give Vacomycin via burette IV.. hmm its fun leh.. hahas surprised hor.
Transfered in 1 case today lah n i did the transfer :)

AM Shift
Went to work like a zombie.. hahas freaking sleepy lah.
Like yesterday i handle the same 3 cases. As for today SN kiwi allow me to give the patient the vancomycin by MYSELF hehe so i tot can ask Sukhdev to assess me lah.. wth if i knew she going to ask me so many qns.. i wont have called her, me n my big mouth.
Sukhdev saw me in private lah.. for my ward CA she giving me High B.. should be B+ bah hahas. usualli its A grade lah but tis time i dun mind getting a B grade.. like tat for PRCP I'll aim higher.. hehe hopefulli i can get AD grade for PRCP lah. Oh yah me will be in Paedaetrics ward 65 in KKH.. YIPPEEE!!!.

hmm guess the last thing to talk about will be tis doctor..
Wah lou when tis doc knows tat patient is going to a hospice or nursing home, he will stop all investigations lor even though patient suddenly present other illness such as coughing out greenish sputum. But also these patient, most of them are DNR (DO NOT RESUSCITATE) cases.

Last Day in Ward 58 n NUH

Everybody was morning shift lah cus later in the day nid to go back to skool for the PDA briefing.
Hmm today was kinda busy even though there were so many students.For one of my patients, i noticed there was a small broken skin on the spinal area during showering lah so i told my CI abt it n she guide me to how to order protective sponge for the patient.Then later on in the day while transfering patient from chair to bed, i noticed tat his right foot was PURPLE n Left foot was ReD. Again i told my CI abt it n she told me to call the medical officer dr Sanjay. But i got referred to another MO DR Tan lah.. had to put up circulation chart has the patient's right foot was COLD compared to the other left foot which was warm.

After bidding goodbye to the ward staff, Me n Tini plus the rest walk out of the ward n towards the lift. For me n tini, it will be the last time tat we will walk along this corridor as from next week onwards the both of us will be working in KKH n will continue to work there for 2 years. Haiz will miss this place badly,plus the food too =p.

Met Daphne n karyin @ 1900hrs in NP lah. Wah so long (10weeks) didnt go back to skool, for some reason everything seems weird. Then met so many friends whom i couldnt recognise after so long, some hairstyle r different blah blah. After tat me,karyin,zhangyang, kimberly n xiuyi went for PRATA! chit chat all the way till it was time to go home. Haiz dunno when will i get to c them again till xmas
Cant wait till then.. I WANT MY STEAMBOAT!! hehe =p
