Didnt have to work on those 2 days as it was a compulsory 2 day course to attend.

On both days, the session was from 0830 - 1700hrs.
Basicalli the course is on how to handle customers/patients n do good customer services.
Realli enjoyed myself with all the activities like phone auditing n building of a stable structure which is suppose to withstand wind & tremendous shaking, with onli newspaper, straws, bottle and the inner core of toilet roll. Wah tat one i was actualli beri proud of as my group's structure was the most skinny n stable one yet we lost to the other team as their structure as taller then ours by 1 straw length. -_-....

I must say i put on alot of weight on those days cos got snacks provided lor then it was like 2 hrly interval. hahas.
