HoLiday... hahas for today onli cus of Hari Raya Puasa :). Since mum was also on leave so it was.... GALS DAY OUT!! hehe my sec bro took the car so Myself, MUM n my Doggie Kim went SHOPPING =p. Took bus there n back lah then had kim in a big ( hehe we smuggle her in) Went to few places.. TakaShimaya, Paragon and Westmall. After tat we decided to walk back home from westmall since it was kinda near. hehe realli enjoyed myself =)

AM Shift

My 2nd Bro took the car so had to go to work myself lor. Haiz.. realli dun like to squeeze in the bus early in the morning..Like the previous ward, today n tml me will be working with jeslyn, junjie n samad :) hehe.
Nothing much today lah jus tat got this Assistant Nurse(AN),She's new lah but beri beri blur. Hahas pity junjie n jeslyn whom had to tahan her for changing pt's diaper..Pt shit alot cus i jus inserted the supp dulcolax into him, reason was pt didnt Pangsai for 16 days liao.Thats y got alot of shit lor.. then the AN was making so much comments such as Aiyoh n then she panic when pt kept shitting - she didnt noe wad to do mah. Haiz (not insulting her or wad lah)Common thing like wad to do when yr glove is covered in Faeces.. she didnt noe then kept asking jeslyn wad to do. Another was Wad to do when the brown wool finish liao n still got shit.

Oh yah today got one false alarm Code blue. Not too sure on wad happen lah cus i didnt noe abt it though i was in the ward =p.. heard from samad n Jeslyn tat pt in High.d was found Unconcious while sitting on the chair.. then the Staff Nurse press the button lor. So when the team of doctors came rushing in with all the E-trolley opened.. pt okie liao after Doctor review then onli got one STAT medication.. Wah lou like tat pt have to pay $1000 jus becus of this false alarm lor..

haiz.. sianz sia initalli wanted to take 2 cases today.. but SN ying ying is still on probation. Then hor when Ms Sukhdev told her to give me a case.. she gave me a complicated one lor Wth. Then got alot of things she do didnt inform me lor then when passing report the night shift staff ask me about the reddness on the abdomen.. i seriously didnt noe about it cus i wasnt there... then SN ying ying jus push the blame on me lor.. wtf.

AM Shift

Went to work practicalli half-dead..didnt even noe tat the gals came in liao.Hmm... today nothing much jus tat had to watch over the 2 isolation rooms full time.Thankfulli got tini to help otherwise i confirm jialat.. hahas.

Hmm i guess there's onli one thing to talk abt which is abt the new AN lor.. wah lou seriously i think she not using her brains to do stuff. How on earth can a health care provider feed the patient via NGT(nasogastic tube) with the patient in supine(lie flat) position... then she jus happi feed lor... geez. Somemore i dun understand y must she watch me feed one of my patients via NGT.. freaking KPO sia.. kept asking the same questions n she damn biases on race.. i mean more singaporeans nurses in one ward she got prob arh.. make so much comparison with ward 58 n this ward..
Thankfulli she PM shift n i onli nid to tahan her one more day..

After work went to meet mum then headed home.. Had Family dinner(w/o my dad.. Of course) @ Forrest in Orchidville. My sec bro going to Austrialla for abt 1mth, so mum wanted to have a proper family meal.Hmm the food okie lah.. nothing special jus tat the price abit on the high side.

Last Day @ Ward 44

Was early for work lah bus came earlier than expected.haiz.. when i went to check on my patients n the charts, i notice the morning shift AN didnt feed 1 of my patients so i went in to ask them lah.. wtf tat same blur AN (now i noe her name.. Latifa)told me tat the feeding delay by 1hr. Then i ask y she didnt answer but she told me now they have to change the patient cus of the spigot i change for the patient.. TO HER LAH the spigot cus all the milk to flow out then she blaming me for everything lor. WTH My fault tat all the milk came out arh.. tat idoit didnt put the spigot properly lor cus if its the spigot prob then the night shift would have prob liao mah.. BAKA!!
Everything seems to be going smoothly lah till after i came back from break. Wah lou cus got no AN on afternoon shift so had to do everything lor.. by the time i finish my feeding.. time to give medication.. haiz.. seriously i have to be more confident in serving medication..felt so stressed up
After serving med, check pt then found out 1 of then the I/V plug was leaking so had to remove n call doctor,feed pt then write report.. by then it was oreadi 8pm.. DAMN it sia i haven do turning n take Para.. haiz had to ask other ppl to help me to.. then after passing report i had to rush off cus my mum fetching me..
