8-4pm Shift

Haiz.. early morning my stupid alarm clock kept ringing @ the wrong time. Every 15 mins it would ring till i got so fed up, i jus switch it off without setting another timing.Luckily got another alarm clock =pWent to work lah.. this time its another ward, Same discipline lah but different class. The previous one is a C Class ward, this one is B1 Class.My clinical facilitator is BACK from south Korea.. then she bought for us each a beri cute HP deco..(So Sweet of her)

Hmm First day got to noe my Clinical Instructor (CI) then she beri nice lor.. went thru everything then got us to Self-intro.During tat period we also took the opportunity to compliant abt the previous ward. =p. By the time we finish.. it was 11 O'Clock liao.Break Time
After break, our CI brought us round the ward then got us into our respective cubicles. My partner for high.D posting is Jun Jie lah. Haizzz...First day plus tml is observation lah.. somemore my cubicle is High dependency one. Cannot take case =(hmm nothing interesting lah jus tat got one ah ma is japanese.

Had chest pain for the whole day.. Like somebody stepping on my chest. Went back to c my family doctor though i went to c him on Saturday (apparently the medication he gave was of no use).. this time he gave a stronger one lah.. ANAREX.. :(. My family doc said its not heart related symptoms lah.. my diagnosis is muscle related. So yah he gave me muscle relaxant.I got worried as my family history got heart problems mah.. tats y i went to c him.. scared i kenna heart prob.. CHOY!!!
Mum fetched me today.. went to doc, had dinner then home. On the way back, we were talking abt cooking then when she mention salt.. it reminded me of one incident tat happen in Sec sch

It was i think Sec 3 or sec 2 i cant really remember, for F&N practical we had to do jelly. Then while getting the ingredients, i had to take sugar mah. Then somebody misplace the cover for both salt n sugar tub.. so yah i accidentalli took 150g of salt instead of Sugar.

Result.. a Beri BERI salty Agar Agar.. Yucks =swhoever eats it confirm kenna stroke

PM Shift (1230 - 2030)

Went to work then as per normal lah.. But hor for the whole day, my cubicle was super boring. Though its high dependency, but nothing much to do except take hourly parameters n CLC lor. @ ard 1500hrs, 2 patients got transfered out so my cubicle onli got 2 patients.. sianz arh.When got nothing to do, i will jus read up on medications n case notes.

PM Shift (1230 - 2000)

Haiz.. today super Duper boring sia. My Cubicle onli got 1 patient and tats for the whole afternoon lor.Somemore the patient is kinda stable liao. My SN n I was realli realli bored till the both of us did clerk job..Hmm transfered one patient out lah.. again to ward 41. Then My Sn ask me to pass the report to the staff there. YEAH saw SN NUNU.. hahas wah lou the moment she saw me, she smack my arm lor -_-'''.For the next 1 1/2 week, my shift will be like AM(0700-1430) n PM(1230-2000) Yeah!! :)

AM Shift

Mum not driving so went to work by myself lor.. was freaking sleepy.For the remaining days in wd 44, me will handle 2 isolation rms plus one cubicle.. geezz. Took one case today, it was a simple case lah plus the patient going home liao so nothing much lor.So today, kinda interesting lah.. but other than tat nothing much.

Wad Pisssed me so much was tat someone had such a BIG mouth sia. Initalli Ms Sukhdev oreadi approve us to follow the staff timing. But tat Big mouth must go n ask the CLinical instructor on wad is the correct timing to go.. WTF!! I dun give a damn on wad fufil the timing even if we get caught, we can say tat it has been like tat for every student! Idiot sia. Somemore i oreadi told her n her friends NOT To ASK THE CI, But to ask ms suhkdev cus she is the one who will agree to it!. SHIT sia. To them 30 mins means nothing cus their bus comes every 10 mins but not mine lor! once i miss its another 30mins wait!.Haiz.PLus when me n tini when off slightly earlier, sister saw arh. N SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING!. ~ Frustrated ~ Becus of wad has happen, now the grp split into 2 sides = 3:6. Try guessing which one is for n against the shift timing.Hate it when one of Them can ask whether did she do anything wrong after noticing the sudden cold shoulder.

AM Shift

Work was like yesterday,jus tat today's case which i took was super troublesome. The Freaking doctor dunno how to write, all his wordings r like worm sia. Then the counsultant n medical Officer (MO) said 2 different procedures to sent the patient down immediately.. wth make me call so many department n kenna nagged -_-'''.Haiz..

It seems hor the BIG MOuth also has an ITCHY MOUth sia!.. according to Jeslyn yesterday they told the BIG mouth not to ask Ms Suhkdev about the shift timing since out CI oreadi approve us on following our lecturer's timing. BUt HOR her ITCHY Mouth went to ask lah! idoit BAKA! NOw Suhkdev say our shift timing will be AM (0700-1500) n PM(1230-2030). SHe Seriously got no brains arh.. dunno how to respect ppl isit! i seriously dun understand y cant she ask the rest of the students' opinion b4 asking!It made my blood boil lor .. I dunno who leader sia!.. Y cant she ask Tini First!.. Its BERI RUDE U NOE!!then when the 3 gals notice that some of us were pretty angry especialli me.. they tot i was like tat cus they didnt go break with me.. LIKE I WAN TO GO BREAK WITH THEM!

Then another incident was tat b4 me n tini went for our break, we told the Itchy mouth to call tini once the Breast Care nurse has arrive to talk to tini's case. Guess wad as Predicted when both of us came back, Not Onli was the drainage bottle changed, the breast care nurse left liao...

..GEEZ..

The last incident was tat ard 1400hrs my patient blood pressure was freaking high so i had to call the MO n tini help check the Blood pressure to confirm its the correct reading.. but when i wanted to call, tini disappeared without stating how much was it when patient was sitting up. so i had to search the entire ward cus it was urgent. Then when i ask the ITcHY mouth whether she got c tini, she jus walk pass me like im some sort of ghost.. WTF i shouted her name then she reply.. SHE REALLI MUST TEST MY LIMIT.. Cus me to have chest pain onli..

Nvm.. Wad made me even more angry was one of them INFRONT OF ME n Tini.. Told Sn Elaine tat we off duty @ 1500hrs then she said " IF ONLI WE CAN GO BACK EARLIER"

WTF

Then hor b4 going to the staff rm to take our bags, me n tini saw the 3 of them standing infront of the High.D sliding door then after 15 sec they will take one step forward so tat by the time they reach the staff rm, its 1500hrs... WTF eh dun block my way lah.. so childish..

wan to play? Beri simple..
